Daniel Barbersek is AKSA’s North American Sales and Marketing Vice General Manger. In this role Barbersek will build and support AKSA’s generator National distribution. Prior to coming to AKSA Barbersek was the Senior Vice President for ARCCO Power Systems. Barbersek also worked for Waukesha Pearce Industries as their Director of Business Development - Power Generation and had the responsibility of growing all aspects of power generation throughout the organization for both emergency stand-by as well as continuous power generation. Prior to this role Barbersek was WPI's Sr. Director of Power Generation focused on emergency stand-by. In this role Barbersek was responsible for service, sales, parts and construction. Prior to becoming WPI’s Sr. Director of Power Generation, Barbersek was Generac’s Director of Energy Management Solutions with responsibilities of non-emergency generator applications for North America that had a strong focus on energy performance. At Generac Barbersek was also the Director of Power Solutions and the Director of Industrial Sales. Barbersek started his career with Generac as their very first Power Solutions Manger, in this role Barbersek supported channel distributors with engineering support. Barbersek brings over 40 years of energy-industry experience encompassing distributed generation projects utilizing digital paralleling switchgear as well as traditional paralleling concepts. Barbersek has worked for power generation manufacturers, power generation distributors as well as manufacture representatives. Barbersek is also a veteran and served in the US Navy.
