Helle Bank Jorgensen is the Founder and CEO of Competent Boards Inc.  Ms. Bank Jorgensen created Competent Boards in 2018 to keep board and executive competency fit for purpose through sustainability and climate upskilling. She is the author of the Amazon bestseller "Stewards of the Future: A Guide for Competent Boards" and is currently writing a new book with the working title: "The Future Boardroom." 

Ms. Bank Jorgensen trained as a business lawyer and an accountant. She was a partner at PwC in Copenhagen and later New York, where she served as the leader of PwCs sustainability and climate change practice, working with Fortune 500 companies, SMEs, and investors.
