Douglas is the Senior Vice President of Investor Relations & Corporate Communications at Diversified Energy. He is a trusted strategic advisor with 30 years of capital markets, investor relations, ESG, corporate communications, financial analysis, and industry experience, with a deep knowledge base of operations in the oil & gas sector. Before Diversified, he served with Compass Minerals, Montage Resources, and Eclipse Resources, leading investor relations, communications and business development functions while also managing media relations and acting as a corporate spokesperson. Prior to the corporate side, he spent 20+ years in investment banking as a Managing Director for BMO Capital Markets and the KLR Group.

He is a graduate of Saint Bonaventure University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in finance. Douglas has been awarded the Investor Relations Charter (IRC).
